يتضمن نظام Stage 2 هذا كويل أوفر أمامي من سلسلة VS 2.5 Series بخزان منفصل (Remote Reservoir) لـ Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series 2022-2023. يتيح هذا الكويل أوفر القابل للتعديل رفعاً يصل إلى 1-3” قابلاً للتعديل مقارنة بالارتفاع الأصلي، مما يسمح بتركيب جنوط وإطارات أكبر حجماً وأكثر جرأة.

تزيد الخزانات المنفصلة بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، واللذين قد يؤديان إلى ضعف أداء التخميد (Damper Fade).

صُمم طقم المقصات العلوية (Upper Control Arm) المصنوع من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) من ICON والمرفق مع النظام لتحسين الأداء العام لـ Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series 2022-2023 من خلال تصحيح هندسة الواجهة الأمامية، وزيادة نطاق ضبط زاويتي الكامبر والكاستر على السيارة مباشرة، وتحسين الخلوص بين مكونات نظام التعليق.

22-23 LAND CRUISER 300 SERIES 1-3" STAGE 2 SUSPENSION SYSTEM BILLET
Rounding out the Stage 2 suspension system are 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks specially tailored for the 2022-2023 Land Cruiser 300 Series. The 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks’ larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street.
Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. They also feature a unique internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force to help better control hard bottom outs. Their pairing with the ICON V.S.
2.5 Series front coilovers results in balanced vehicle control from front to rear and an excellent overall driving experience for your Land Cruiser.
This Stage 2 system features the 2022-2023 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 1-3” of lift height adjustability over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road.
Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
The 300 Series Toyota Land Cruiser is a luxurious vehicle packed with “all the bells and whistles”, but underneath all the sophistication it is still a very capable vehicle that sees use both on and off-road worldwide.
While the 300 Series has exceptional ride characteristics in stock form, the suspension needs a serious upgrade if the vehicle is to serve any measurable amount of time in the dirt.
ICON Vehicle Dynamics has addressed this need for a comprehensive suspension solution and developed several suspension systems that drastically increase the overall ability of the 2022-2023 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series.
The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the 2022-2023 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance.
Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind.
