نظام تعليق Stage 4 بارتفاع 0-3.5in مع مقص علوي أنبوبي (Tubular UCA) من ICON لـ 4Rnr/Fj 03-09

يوفر نظام التعليق Stage 4 من ICON لسيارات Toyota 4Runner 2003-2009 / FJ Cruiser 2007-2009 تحسناً كبيراً في أداء السيارة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة.

يتضمن هذا النظام المكونات الموجودة في إعداد Stage 3 – مساعدات كويل أوفر 2.5 Series بشوط ممتد، وطقم مقصات علوية (Control Arm) أنبوبية بمفاصل Delta Joint من ICON، وسوست خلفية (Coil Springs) بارتفاع 2”، وطقم أذرع وصل سفلية خلفية أنبوبية - مع إضافة مساعدات خلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir لتحقيق توازن في خصائص التخميد بين الأمام والخلف.

ويتيح تصميم الخزان الخارجي (Remote Reservoir) زيادة حجم زيت المساعد وتعزيز التبريد، بحيث يتمكن الجزء الخلفي من السيارة من العمل بجهد أكبر لفترات أطول دون حدوث "ضعف" ملحوظ في أداء التخميد (Fade).

كما تتميز المساعدات الخلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir بتقنية "Bump Zone" من ICON التي تزيد قدرة التخميد بشكل كبير في آخر 2” من شوط الانضغاط، ما يمنع الإحساس بالارتطام القاسي عند نهاية الشوط ويمنح السيارة جودة قيادة أكثر تحكماً على التضاريس المختلفة.

أذرع الوصل السفلية المصنوعة من أنابيب الفولاذ من ICON أقوى بكثير من القطع الأصلية (OE)، وتتميز بجلب متعددة الصلابة (Multi-Durometer) قليلة الصيانة، ويمكن ضبطها للحصول على زاوية البنيون (Pinion) المثالية. وفوق كل ذلك، صُممت هذه الأذرع لتوفير هندسة صحيحة لتوجيه الانقلاب الجانبي (Roll Steer) لأفضل تحكم ممكن على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة.

يتميز هذا النظام بمقصات علوية (Control Arm) مزودة بمفصل Delta Joint الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON. Delta Joint هو كرة مقص (Ball Joint) شديدة التحمل بزاوية حركة عالية، يجمع بين متانة كرة المقص وخصائص أداء الـ Uniball التقليدي.

ورغم أن الـ Uniball المعتمد كمعيار في الصناعة يؤدي عملاً ممتازاً في السماح لمقصات السيارة بالحركة بأقل قدر من التقييد، إلا أن به نقطة ضعف أساسية تجعله دون المستوى المطلوب في الاستخدام اليومي، وهي تعرّضه للعوامل الخارجية.

يتميز Delta Joint بغلاف مطلي بالزنك يوفر الطبقة الأولى من مقاومة التآكل، بينما يمنع مانع تسريب الشحم المتين العناصر الضارة من الوصول إلى الأجزاء الداخلية للمفصل. ويزيد البناء المعدني على المعدني والتصميم القابل للتشحيم من عمر Delta Joint، مع ضمان تشغيل خالٍ من الضوضاء في الوقت نفسه.

وما يجعل Delta Joint فريداً هو أنه يمنح مقصات ICON العلوية أفضل ما في العالمين، بمزايا تجعله أكثر متانة من الـ Uniball، وقادراً في الوقت نفسه على زاوية حركة أكبر من كرة المقص التقليدية.

03-09 4RUNNER/FJ 0-3.5" STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM W TUBULAR UCA

ICON’s 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner/2007-2009 FJ Cruiser Stage 4 suspension system provides a significant increase to the on and off-road performance of the vehicle.

This system includes the components featured in the Stage 3 setup – extended travel 2.5 Series coilover shocks, an ICON tubular Delta Joint upper control arm kit, 2” rear coil springs, and a tubular rear lower link arm kit - but sees the addition of 2.5 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir rear shocks for balanced damping characteristics front to rear.

The remote reservoir design allows for increased shock oil volume and enhanced cooling so that the rear of the vehicle can work harder for longer durations without noticeable “fade” occurring.

The 2.5 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir rear shocks also feature ICON’s “Bump Zone” technology which significantly increases damping ability in the last 2” of compression travel, preventing harsh bottom-out sensation and giving the vehicle a much more controlled ride quality over varying terrain.

ICON's tubular steel lower links are much stronger than the OE units, feature a low maintenance multi-durometer bushing, and can be adjusted for optimum pinion angle. On top of it all, these links have been designed to provide correct roll steer geometry for the best possible handling on and off-road.

This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball.

While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements.

The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation.

What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
