من خلال عملية اختبار مكثفة تُعرف ببرنامج البحث والتطوير “ICON1K”، قطعت ICON أكثر من ألف ميل على الطرق الترابية دافعةً سيارة JT إلى أقصى حدود الطرق الوعرة لتحديد العوامل المُقيِّدة في القطع الأصلية (OE)، وتطوير منتجات تزيل هذه القيود، واستخلاص المزيد من الأداء من هذه السيارة.
خضع نظام التعليق هذا بارتفاع 2.5” للتعديل والضبط والمراجعة عدة مرات خلال اختبارات ICON1K بهدف توفير جودة ركوب وديناميكية قيادة لا مثيل لهما في كل الظروف، من الزحف على الصخور إلى القيادة الصحراوية بسرعات عالية.
ومن خلال إزالة “العوامل المُقيِّدة” المذكورة آنفاً، يعيد نظام التعليق هذا من ICON تعريف إمكانات Jeep Gladiator 2020 وما بعدها بالكامل مع زيادة في مشوار العجلات تتجاوز 30%!

يهدف نظام ICON Stage 1 لسيارة Jeep Gladiator JT إلى تحسين جودة القيادة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة بشكل جذري (وليس مجرد الحفاظ عليها)، ويتضمن سوست (Coil Springs) أمامية ثنائية المعدل، وفواصل سوست خلفية من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet)، ومساعدات 2.0 Aluminum Series، ومصدات ارتداد (Bump Stop) أمامية، ووصلات عمود توازن قابلة للتعديل، وجميع البراغي اللازمة للتركيب الكامل.
سيارة JT قادرة جداً منذ خروجها من صالة العرض، ومع إضافة نظام تعليق ICON تتوسع هذه القدرة بفضل هندسة تعليق محسّنة ومكونات أكثر متانة تحقق مكاسب كبيرة في الأداء.
ملاحظة فنية: ارتفاعات الرفع المعلنة من ICON مبنية على تجهيز نموذجي لسيارات Jeep JT يتضمن عادةً وزناً إضافياً من الإكسسوارات مثل صدام أمامي/ونش أثقل. قد تكون ارتفاعات الرفع أعلى من المعلن عند التركيب على سيارة بوزنها الأصلي.

Through an accelerated testing process dubbed the “ICON1K” R&D program, ICON has logged over a thousand miles in the dirt pushing the JT to off-road extremes to identify limiting factors in OE components, develop products that remove these limits, and further extrapolate performance out of this vehicle.
This 2.5” suspension system has been tweaked, tuned, and revised several times over the course of this ICON1K testing in an effort to provide unparalleled ride quality and vehicle dynamics for everything from rock crawling to high-speed desert running.
By removing the aforementioned “limiting factors” this ICON suspension system completely redefines the potential of the 2020-UP Jeep Gladiator with wheel travel gains over 30%!

Aimed at drastically improving (not just maintaining) on and off-road ride quality the ICON Jeep Gladiator JT Stage 1 system includes front dual rate coil springs, rear billet aluminum coil spacers, 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, front bump stops, adjustable sway bar end links, and all necessary hardware for a complete install.
The JT is a very capable vehicle off of the showroom floor and with the addition of an ICON suspension system this capability is only expanded upon with improved suspension geometry and more robust components resulting in significant performance gains.
TECH NOTE: ICON’s advertised lift heights are based around a typical Jeep JT build which usually includes added weight of accessories such as heavier front bumper/winch. Lift heights may be higher than advertised if installed on a stock weighted vehicle.
TECH NOTE: Diesel models will net approx. 1.75" of front lift over stock due to their heavier weight.
