نظام تعليق المرحلة 5 برفع 7" لـ Ford F250/F350 08-10
تُعد ICON Vehicle Dynamics رائدة في مجال أداء شاحنات Ford Super Duty. فقد أمضى مهندسونا ساعات لا تُحصى تحت هذه الشاحنات وخلف مقودها لتطوير بعضٍ من أكثر أنظمة التعليق تطوراً في السوق. وتُعد زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وراحة القيادة إجراءً معتاداً في ICON، لكن مهندسينا وضعوا هدفاً أعلى وهو إنتاج حل تعليق يحافظ أيضاً على قدرة القطر في Super Duty.
يوفر نظام التعليق 7” من ICON لـ Super Duty 08-10 ارتفاعاً كافياً لاستيعاب إطارات 37” مع خصائص قيادة ممتازة عبر مجموعة واسعة من التضاريس على الطرق وخارجها. وقد صُمم كل مكون من مكونات نظام التعليق هذا خصيصاً ليعمل بتناغم مع قطع ICON الأخرى لاستخراج أقصى أداء من المركبة.
يتكون نظام Stage 5 من سوست (Coil Springs) ثنائية المعدل برفع 7”، وقواعد تنزيل مصنّعة لذراع Radius مع شعارات من الستانلس ستيل المصقول بالفرشاة، وكتيفة تنزيل لعمود Track Bar، وامتدادات لمصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop)، ووصلات عمود التوازن، وذراع Pitman مطروق (Forged)، وكتائف لي الفرامل، وريش خلفية تصاعدية المعدل برفع 5" مع مسامير U-bolt، ومساعدات أمامية وخلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان جانبي (Piggyback).
تضمن مساعدات ذات الخزان 2.5" أفضل أداء من خلال إطالة مدة التخميد الثابت مهما كانت الظروف، مع الحفاظ على درجة حرارة تشغيل أبرد للمساعدات أثناء الاستخدام الشاق. ويتضمن هذا المستوى ترقية صمام ICON CDC لمن يرغب في طريقة سهلة لضبط القيادة من الخارج. ونظام 4 Link القابل للتعديل من ICON ليس أقوى من أذرع Radius الأصلية فحسب، بل يعزز الأداء ويحسّن ضبط زوايا العجلات (الألايمنت).
وتقضي هذه الأذرع على التقييد (Bind) الشائع في أذرع Radius الأصلية، مع زيادة مدى حركة التعليق.
ملاحظة التركيب #29: أنظمة 7” التي تستخدم نظام 4-Link بدلاً من أذرع Radius الأصلية لا تتطلب استخدام كامات ضبط الزوايا (Alignment Cams). يمكن ضبط زاوية الكاستر (Caster) عبر الأذرع السفلية

08-10 FORD F250/F350 7" STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYSTEM
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is an industry leader when it comes to Ford Super Duty performance. Our engineers have spent countless hours under these trucks and behind the wheel developing some of the most refined suspension systems available.
Increasing wheel travel and ride comfort is standard operating procedure at ICON, but our engineers aimed high to produce a suspension solution that also maintained the Super Duty’s towing capacity.
ICON’s 7” Suspension System for the 08-10 Super Duty yields enough lift to clear 37” tires while providing excellent ride characteristics across a wide variety of terrain on and off-road. Each component of this suspension system has been specifically engineered to work in union with other ICON parts to extract maximum performance out of the vehicle.
Our Stage 5 System is comprised of 7” lift dual rate coil springs, fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, a forged pitman arm, brake line brackets, rear 5" lift progressive rate leaf springs w/ U-bolts, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front & rear shocks.
2.5" reservoir shocks ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON CDC Valve upgrade is included in this stage for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride externally.
ICON’s adjustable 4 link system is not only stronger than the factory radius arms, but will enhance performance and improve wheel alignment. These link arms eliminate bind commonly found in the factory radius arms, while increasing the suspension's range of motion.
