يتضمن نظام التعليق ICON Stage 5 لـ Jeep JK مقاس 4.5" سوست (Coil Springs) ثنائية المعدل، وكتائف إنزال لعمود Track Bar، ومكونات توجيه مرتفعة (High-Steer)، وفواصل لمصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop)، وليات فرامل خلفية، ووصلات عمود التوازن الخلفي، وطقماً كاملاً من الوصلات (Links) الأمامية والخلفية، ومساعدات Bypass ثنائية الأنبوب من سلسلة 2.5 Omega Series.
وقد خضع نظام التعليق ICON JK Stage 5 للاختبار والضبط ليوفر الثبات وسهولة القيادة على نطاق واسع من التضاريس الوعرة، مع الحفاظ على إحساس سلس على الطرق المعبدة في القيادة اليومية.
يضم هذا النظام مساعدات بخزان خارجي (Remote Reservoir) مقاس 2.5" في الأمام والخلف لضمان الأداء الأمثل عبر إطالة مدة التخميد الثابت مهما كانت الظروف، مع الحفاظ على درجة حرارة تشغيل أبرد للمساعدات أثناء الاستخدام الشاق. وتوفر مساعدات Bypass من سلسلة ICON Omega Series إمكانية تعديل تخميد الانضغاط والارتداد لضبط القيادة بدقة في أي ظرف.
يتيح تركيب هذا الطقم خلوصاً مناسباً لإطارات بارتفاع 35" دون أي تعديلات، وإطارات 37" مع رفارف تجارية (Aftermarket) عالية الخلوص.

07-18 JEEP JK 4.5" STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The ICON Stage 5 Jeep JK 4.5" suspension system includes dual-rate coil springs, track bar drop brackets, high-steering components, bump stop spacers, rear brake lines, rear sway bar links, complete set of front and rear links, and 2.5 Omega Series 2 tube bypass shocks.
Tested and tuned, the ICON JK Stage 5 suspension system offers stability and drivability over a wide range of off-road terrains, while keeping a smooth on road feel for every day driving.
This system includes 2.5" remote reservoir shocks front and rear to ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON Omega Series bypass shocks offer compression and rebound adjustability for fine tuning the riding for any situation faced.
Installing this kit allows proper clearance for 35" tall tires with no modifications and 37" tires with aftermarket high clearance fenders.
ICON’s 4.5” Jeep JK Performance Suspension Systems aims to strike a perfect balance between wheel travel, articulation, ground clearance, and precise on and off-road handling characteristics. With these goals met, ICON-equipped JK’s can take on rolling desert whoops, crawl over obstacle-riddled trails, and drive back home in comfort all in the same day.
One of the major benefits of the ICON 4.5” JK system (or any ICON system) is that they are comprehensive suspension solutions, not just “lift kits”. As a complete manufacturer ICON is able to engineer & create shock absorbers, coil springs, link arms, track bars, and all associated parts to work in conjunction with each other and extract maximum performance out of the Jeep JK.
All links and track bars utilize dual-rate bushings or PTFE-lined rod ends for tuned vibration isolation, controlled deflection, with maximum articulation and responsiveness
TECH NOTE: ICON’s advertised lift heights are based around a typical Jeep JK build which usually includes added weight of accessories such as heavier front bumper/winch and heavier rear bumper/spare tire. Lift heights may be higher than advertised if installed on a stock weighted vehicle.
