تُعد مساعدات كويل أوفر V.S. Series مقاس 2.5” من ICON Vehicle Dynamics ترقية رائعة للواجهة الأمامية لشاحنات GMC Canyon 2023-2026 وشاحنات Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss 2023-2026. ويوفر طولها الأكبر زيادة بنسبة 20% في إجمالي مشوار العجلة الأمامية مقارنة بالمساعدات الأصلية، ليصل إجمالي مشوار العجلة الأمامية إلى 10.25”.
يوفر نظام الصمامات (Valving) المخصص لكل سيارة من ICON إحساساً رياضياً على الطرق وخارجها، بينما تتيح إمكانية ضبط ارتفاع الرفع بين 1.75-2.5” استخدام جنوط وإطارات أكبر وأكثر جرأة. ويوفر جسم المساعد الأكبر بقطر 2.5” ومساحة البستم الأكبر مقارنة بالقطع الأصلية قدرة تخميد محسّنة وخصائص قيادة متميزة على مختلف أنواع التضاريس.
وتزيد الخزانات الخارجية (Remote Reservoirs) بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، وهما ما قد يؤديان إلى ضعف أداء التخميد. كما تتضمن ترقية صمام CDE من ICON لمن يرغب في طريقة سهلة لضبط القيادة إلكترونياً من داخل السيارة.
صمام التخميد الإلكتروني للانضغاط (Compression Damping Electronic Valve - CDEV) هو صمام يُتحكم به إلكترونياً ينظّم تدفق الزيت للتحكم في مقدار قوة التخميد التي يولدها المساعد عند انضغاطه. ويمكن لهذا الصمام متغير الضبط بلا حدود أن يستجيب في أقل من 40ms، وهو قادر على إجراء تعديلات دقيقة للغاية لتناسب مختلف التضاريس.
كما صُممت الدوائر الهيدروليكية لصمام CDEV خصيصاً لكل تطبيق لتحقيق أعلى دقة وأوسع نطاق ديناميكي ممكن لكل سيارة على حدة. ويعمل النظام بتقنية ICON Intelligent Control وتطبيق ICON الحصري للجوال، حيث يستخدم بيانات حساس قوة الجاذبية (G-force) والجيروسكوب المدمجين لإجراء حسابات مبنية على خوارزميات وإعدادات يحددها المستخدم للتنبؤ بالتضاريس وضبط إعدادات المساعدات عبر CDEV وفقاً لذلك.

23-26 GM CANYON/COLORADO 2.5 VS RR CDEV COILOVER KIT
ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. Series 2.5” coilover shocks are an incredible upgrade for the front-end of 2023-2026 GMC Canyon and 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss trucks. Their longer length offers a 20% increase in total front wheel travel compared to stock, for a total of 10.25” of front wheel travel.
ICON’s Vehicle-specific valving provides a sport tuned feel on and off-road while 1.75-2.5” of lift height adjustability allows the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The larger 2.5” diameter shock body and increased piston area over stock components provides improved damping ability and outstanding ride characteristics across varying types of terrain.
Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The ICON CDE Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride electronically from inside the vehicle.
Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain.
CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle.
Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.
When paired with ICON 2.5 Series CDEV rear shocks vehicle control will be balanced front to rear, resulting in the best overall driving experience for your GMC Canyon or Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss.
