صُممت وصُنعت مساعدات ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series المزودة بصمام CDEV لتمنح سيارتك أداءً استثنائياً على الطرق الوعرة وقيادة سلسة على الشوارع. تمت تهيئة هذه المساعدات خصيصاً لكل تطبيق من حيث الطول وضبط التخميد.
في تطبيقات الخزان الملحق (Piggyback) وبعض تطبيقات الخزان المنفصل (Remote Reservoir)، يُشكّل استخدام ICON الفريد لمشعّب من ألمنيوم بيليت 6061 على بُعد بضع إنشات أسفل الغطاء العلوي للمساعد منطقة ارتداد داخلية (Bump Zone) توفر عند عملها قوة تخميد إضافية بنسبة 20%.
تساعد هذه القوة الإضافية على منع الارتطام القاسي عند نهاية الشوط (Bottom Out) وتتحكم في نظام التعليق أثناء الانضغاط بسرعات عالية. وكحال جميع مساعدات ICON، فإن مساعدات V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series المزودة بصمام CDEV قابلة لإعادة البناء وإعادة الضبط بالكامل. يأتي مع المنتج ترقية صمام ICON CDE لمن يرغب في طريقة سهلة لضبط القيادة إلكترونياً من داخل السيارة.
صمام التخميد الإلكتروني للانضغاط (CDEV) هو صمام يُتحكم به إلكترونياً ينظّم تدفق الزيت للتحكم في مقدار قوة التخميد التي يولّدها المساعد عند الانضغاط. هذا الصمام متغير بلا حدود ويمكنه الاستجابة في أقل من 40ms، وله القدرة على إجراء تعديلات دقيقة للغاية حسب تضاريس الطريق المختلفة.
كما صُممت الدوائر الهيدروليكية لـ CDEV خصيصاً لكل تطبيق لتحقيق أعلى دقة وأوسع نطاق ديناميكي ممكن لكل سيارة. ويعمل النظام بتقنية ICON Intelligent Control وتطبيق ICON الخاص للجوال، حيث يستخدم بيانات حساس قوة الجاذبية (G-force) والجيروسكوب المدمجين لإجراء حسابات مبنية على خوارزميات وإعدادات يحددها المستخدم للتنبؤ بالتضاريس وضبط إعدادات المساعد عبر CDEV وفقاً لذلك.

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDEV are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune.
For piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications, ICON'S unique use of a 6061-billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and controls the suspension when compressing at high velocity.
Like all ICON'S Shock Absorbers, V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDEV are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The ICON CDE Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride electronically from inside the vehicle.
Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain.
CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle.
Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.
