رغم أن مصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop) الخلفية الأصلية تؤدي عملاً مُرضياً في امتصاص الصدمات على الشاحنات المستخدمة في الشوارع، وجدت ICON أن هناك مجالاً كبيراً للتحسين أثناء القيادة الحماسية في التضاريس الوعرة على الطرق الوعرة.
وقد صُمم نظام مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية الخلفية من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ram 1500 TRX 2021-2024 وRam 1500 RHO 2025-2026 للارتقاء بقدرات الشاحنة على الطرق الوعرة إلى مستويات جديدة، من خلال تحسين التحكم في وصول التعليق الخلفي إلى نهاية مشواره بشكل ملحوظ وتقليل ارتداد المؤخرة.
وكجميع مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية من ICON، تتميز هذه المصدات بتقنية حساسة للسرعة والموضع، ما يعني أنه كلما زادت سرعة العمود وتحرك خلال مشواره، تزداد قوة التخميد بشكل أُسّي لتوفير مقاومة ممتازة للارتطام بنهاية المشوار دون التأثير سلباً على حركة التمفصل.
يتميز هذا النظام بأجسام مصدات ارتداد بقطر 2.5” مصنوعة من قطعة واحدة من الألمنيوم المبثوق بالصدم والمؤكسد بطبقة صلبة (Hard Anodized)، مع تصميم خزان داخلي لتخميد أفضل وأداء أكثر ثباتاً وقابلية للتنبؤ مقارنة بمصدات الارتداد من نوع الاستحلاب (Emulsion) بقطر 2.0”. ولتتناسب مع قطر الجسم الأكبر، تتضمن هذه المصدات أيضاً أعمدة شديدة التحمل بقطر 1.625” مقساة ومطلية بالكروم.
طُوّر نظام مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية هذا كبديل للقطع الأصلية (OEM)، مما يجعل التركيب بسيطاً ومباشراً بالبراغي دون تعديل. يُركَّب ببساطة فوق السوست الخلفية باستخدام حوامل التثبيت المرفقة، مع إمكانية إعادة السيارة إلى حالتها الأصلية.
تتمتع مصدات الارتداد المطاطية الأصلية بقدرة محدودة على امتصاص الطاقة وتطلق هذه الطاقة بسرعة عند الارتداد، مما يؤدي إلى قيادة قاسية وتحكم ضعيف في التضاريس الوعرة. أما مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية من ICON فتمتص هذه الطاقة وتطلقها بطريقة أكثر تحكماً بفضل صمامات بستم الارتداد التنازلية (Digressive)، مما ينتج عنه تحكم وديناميكية قيادة يمكن توقعها.

While the factory rear bump stops do a satisfactory job of absorbing impacts on a street driven truck, ICON found that there was much room for improvement during spirited driving in rough, off-road terrain.
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX and 2025-2026 Ram 1500 RHO Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop System was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by significantly improving the bottom-out control of the rear suspension and reducing rear end kick.
Like all ICON hydraulic bumps stops, these feature both velocity and position sensitive technology which means that as the shaft speed increases and moves through the travel, the damping force increases exponentially to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation.
This system features 2.5” diameter, one-piece impact extruded and hard anodized aluminum bump stop bodies with an internal reservoir design for improved damping and more consistent, predicable performance than 2.0” diameter, emulsion style bump stops.
To compliment the larger body diameter, these bump stops also incorporate heavy duty 1.625” diameter hardened chrome plated shafts.
This hydraulic bump stop system was developed as an OEM replacement, making installation a simple and straightforward bolt-on affair. Simply installing on top of the rear coil springs with the included mounting brackets, you have the option to return the vehicle back to its stock form.
The factory rubber bump stops have a limited energy absorption capacity and a rapid release of this energy upon rebound – This translates into a harsh ride and poor handling in rough terrain.
ICON hydraulic bump stops absorb and release this energy in a much more controlled manner due to the digressive rebound piston valving, resulting in predictable handling and vehicle dynamics.
