تأتي مع المنتج صمامات التخميد الإلكترونية للانضغاط (Compression Damping Electronic Valves) الحصرية من ICON لضبط أداء نظام التعليق بشكل فعّال. صمام التخميد الإلكتروني للانضغاط (CDEV) هو صمام يُتحكم به إلكترونياً يضبط تدفق الزيت لتنظيم مقدار قوة التخميد التي يولّدها المساعد عند انضغاطه.
ويستطيع هذا الصمام المتغير بلا حدود الاستجابة في أقل من 40ms، وهو قادر على إجراء تعديلات بالغة الدقة لتناسب مختلف التضاريس. كما أن الدوائر الهيدروليكية لصمام CDEV مُصمّمة خصيصاً لكل تطبيق لتحقيق أعلى دقة وأوسع نطاق ديناميكي ممكن لكل سيارة بعينها.
ويعمل النظام بواسطة ICON Intelligent Control وتطبيق ICON الخاص للهاتف المحمول، إذ يستخدم البيانات الواردة من حساس قوة التسارع (G-force) المدمج وجهاز الجيروسكوب لإجراء حسابات مبنية على خوارزميات وإعدادات يحددها المستخدم للتنبؤ بطبيعة التضاريس وضبط إعدادات المساعدات عبر صمام CDEV وفقاً لذلك.
صُممت مساعدات 3.0 Series هذه كبديل للمساعدات الأصلية OEM، مما يجعل التركيب عملية بسيطة ومباشرة بالبراغي (Bolt-on). وهي متوافقة مع ارتفاعات رفع خلفية من 0-1.5” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي في Tundra أو رفع خلفي يصل إلى 3" في Sequoia، مما يتيح تركيب تركيبات جنوط وإطارات أكبر وأكثر جرأة.
وتُستخدم عمليات تصنيع ICON من الطراز الأول ومكونات عالية الجودة لضمان عمل هذه المساعدات بأقصى طاقتها دون أي مشاكل.
تتميز مساعدات سلسلة 3.0 بمساحة سطح بستم أكبر بنسبة 50% مقارنة بمساعدات سلسلة 2.5. وينعكس ذلك على ثبات أعلى وتحكم أفضل بالمركبة في أقصى ظروف القيادة على الطرق الوعرة، مع فوائد واضحة أيضاً عند القيادة على الطرق المعبدة.
كما أن زيادة حجم الزيت الداخلي ومساحة السطح الخارجي مقارنة بمساعدات سلسلة 2.5 توفر تبديداً أفضل للحرارة ومقاومة لتراجع أداء المساعد (Shock Fade) تحت الاستخدام الشاق.
صُممت المساعدات الخلفية من ICON سلسلة 3.0 Series المزودة بـ CDEV لـ Toyota Tundra 2022-2026 / Toyota Sequoia 2023-2026 للارتقاء بقدرات الشاحنة على الطرق الوعرة إلى مستويات جديدة، عبر زيادة مشوار العجلات بنسبة تصل إلى 20% وتحسين قدرة التخميد للمساعدات الخلفية بشكل ملحوظ، مع توافقها مع ارتفاعات رفع خلفية تصل إلى 1.5" فوق الارتفاع الأصلي في Tundra أو رفع خلفي يصل إلى 4" في Sequoia.

ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Electronic Valves are included for actively dialing in your suspension performance. Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed.
This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle.
Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.
These 3.0 Series Shocks are designed as an OEM shock replacement, making installation a simple and straightforward bolt-on affair. Compatible with rear lift heights from 0-1.5” over stock on Tundra or up to 3" of rear lift on Sequoia, allowing for the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
First class ICON manufacturing processes and quality components are used to ensure these shocks function to their maximum potential without issue.
3.0 Series shocks boast 50% more piston surface area compared to 2.5 Series shocks. This translates into increased stability and vehicle control at the extremes of off-road use, with benefits also making themselves apparent in on-road driving conditions.
Increased internal oil volume and more external surface area compared to 2.5 Series Shocks offer improved heat dissipation and resistance to shock fade under hard use.
ICON's 3.0 Series Rear Shocks with CDEV for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra/2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia are designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by increasing wheel travel by up to 20% and significantly improving the damping ability of the rear shocks, while being compatible with rear lift heights up to 1.5" over stock on Tundra or up to 4" of rear lift on Sequoia.
