تُعد أذرع الربط (Link Arms) العلوية الخلفية المصنوعة من الألمنيوم البيليت (Billet) من ICON لـ Jeep Gladiator 2020-2023 و Ram 1500 2019-2026 ترقية كبيرة مقارنةً بالقطع الأصلية من المصنع بفضل زيادة المتانة وقابلية الضبط والأداء. تُصنع هذه الأذرع من ألمنيوم 6061 مُشغّل بتقنية CNC داخل مصانع ICON ومؤكسد (Anodized) لمقاومة التآكل، مما يوفر تحسيناً كبيراً مقارنةً ببنية القطع الأصلية.
تتميز مجموعة أذرع الربط العلوية الخلفية هذه برؤوس أذرع (Rod End) من FK مبطنة بمادة PTFE لزيادة مدى حركة نظام التعليق وتقليل الانحراف وإتاحة ضبط طول الذراع وهي مركبة على المركبة باستخدام نظام الضبط المزدوج (Double Adjuster) من ICON.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم تركيب جلب متعددة الصلابة (Multi Durometer) تتيح تشغيلاً خالياً من الضوضاء وأقصى زاوية حركة دون الحاجة إلى تشحيم دوري و/أو أي صيانة أخرى. تتيح رؤوس الأذرع والجلب عالية الجودة في هذه الأذرع لنظام تعليق المركبة العمل كما صُمم له، دون انحشار الجلب الذي يحدّ من أداء المركبة في وضعها الأصلي.
وبعد اكتمال مرحلة التصميم، أخضع مهندسو ICON هذه القطع لدورة الاختبار الواقعية “ICON1K” للحصول على الموافقة النهائية.

ICON’s billet aluminum rear upper link arms for the 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator and 2019-2026 Ram 1500 are a significant upgrade over the factory units due to increases in strength, adjustability, and performance.
These links are made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum in-house and anodized for corrosion resistance, providing a major improvement over the construction of the stock units. This rear upper link arm kit features PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle link arm length adjustability using ICON’s double adjuster system.
Additionally, multi durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. The quality rod ends and bushings featured in these link arms allow the vehicle’s suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form.
After the design phase was completed ICON engineers put these parts through the “ICON1K” real-world test cycle for a final stamp of approval.
