صُمم عمود الحماية (Bash Bar) لعلّاقات الريش من ICON Vehicle Dynamics ليكمل علّاقات الريش المُنزلة من ICON للرفع بمقدار 3 بوصات، إذ يعيد القوة والحماية وراحة البال إلى سيارتك Ford F-250 أو F-350 Super Duty 1999-2004.
مصنوع من ألواح فولاذية مقطوعة بالليزر بدقة بتقنية CNC وأنابيب شديدة التحمل، ويعزز هذا التجميع المتين نظام العلّاقات المُنزلة من خلال عمله كعارضة (Crossmember) إضافية بين ضلعي الشاصي، مما يزيد الصلابة الإجمالية ويساعد على تقليل الالتواء في ظروف الطرق الوعرة الصعبة.
كما يعيد وظيفة الحماية لعمود الحماية الأصلي الذي يُزال أثناء تركيب علّاقات الرفع، موفراً حماية إضافية من عوائق المسارات ومخاطر الطريق. صُمم كترقية بسيطة قابلة للتركيب بالبراغي مباشرة (Bolt-on)، ويُركّب دون قص أو لحام، ومطلي بطلاء بودرة أسود شبه لامع متين لمقاومة طويلة الأمد للتآكل ومظهر أنيق مستوحى من التصميم الأصلي.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Leaf Spring Hanger Bash Bar is engineered to complement ICON 3-inch lift leaf spring drop hangers by restoring strength, protection, and peace of mind to your 1999-2004 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty.
Constructed from precision CNC laser cut steel plate and heavy-duty tubing, this robust assembly reinforces the drop hanger system by functioning as an additional crossmember between both frame rails, increasing overall rigidity while helping to reduce flex under demanding off-road conditions.
It also restores the protective function of the factory bash bar that is removed during installation of lift hangers, providing added defense against trail obstacles and road hazards.
Designed as a simple bolt-on upgrade, the bash bar installs without cutting or welding and is finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean, factory-inspired appearance. Built for strength, protection, and durability, the ICON Leaf Spring Hanger Bash Bar is the perfect finishing touch for any ICON-equipped Super Duty.
The 3 inch hanger bash bar is to be used in conjunction with the 33099 3 inch hanger system on late 1999 and newer Super Duty's and Excursions. This bash bar replaces the factory bar that is riveted to the stock hangers.
