صُمم طقم مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية الأمامية (Hydraulic Bump Stop) من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لسيارات Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018 وJeep Wrangler JL 2018 وما بعدها وJeep Gladiator 2020 وما بعدها لتوفير أداء لا مثيل له على الطرق الوعرة عند أقصى حدود حركة العجلات، وذلك بإضافة طبقة إضافية من قدرة التخميد من ICON إلى مقدمة سيارتك Jeep.
تتمثل وظيفة مصد الارتداد في التحكم بالوضع النهائي للتعليق والحد منه أثناء الحركة للأعلى. تتميز مصدات الارتداد الأصلية من المصنع بقدرة محدودة على امتصاص الطاقة وتحرير غير متحكم به لهذه الطاقة عند الارتداد، مما ينتج عنه قيادة قاسية وثبات ضعيف أثناء القيادة الأكثر عنفاً في التضاريس الوعرة.
يتميز طقم مصدات الارتداد الهيدروليكية الأمامية من ICON بتقنية حساسة للسرعة، أي أنه كلما زادت سرعة العمود ازداد التخميد تدريجياً لتوفير مقاومة ممتازة للارتطام بالقاع دون التأثير سلباً على مرونة حركة التعليق (Articulation). ثم تُحرَّر هذه الطاقة بطريقة أكثر تحكماً بكثير، مما يتيح للسائقين التركيز على العوائق أمامهم بدلاً من الارتداد داخل المقصورة.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Front Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wranger JK, 2018-UP Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020-Up Jeep Gladiator was deigned to provide unparalleled off-road performance at the limits of wheel travel by adding an extra layer of ICON damping ability to the front of your Jeep.
The function of the bump stop is to control and limit the final position of the suspension during up-travel. The factory bump stops have a limited energy absorption capacity and an uncontrolled release of this energy upon rebound – translating into a harsh ride and poor handling during more aggressive driving in rough terrain.
ICON’s Front Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit features velocity sensitive technology meaning that as the shaft speed increases the damping ramps up to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation.
This energy is then released in a much more controlled manner allowing drivers to focus on the obstacles in front of them rather than being bounced around the cab.
