تُعد مساعدات الكويل أوفر الأمامية V.S. 2.5 Series من ICON Vehicle Dynamics بمشوار ممتد (Extended Travel) وخزان خارجي ترقية رائعة للجزء الأمامي من شاحنة Ford F-150 2WD موديل 2021-2026. تتيح هذه الكويل أوفر القابلة للتعديل ضبط ارتفاع الرفع بين 0-3”، مما يسمح باستخدام تركيبات جنوط وإطارات أكبر حجماً وأكثر جرأة.
يحقق طول المساعد وضبط الصمامات (Valving) المخصصان لكل مركبة من ICON، مع جسم المساعد الكبير مقاس 2.5” ومساحة سطح البستم الأكبر مقارنةً بالقطع الأصلية، أقصى مشوار ممكن مع جودة قيادة وأداء تعليق متفوقين على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة. يتيح طول المشوار الممتد مشواراً أكبر للعجلات، لكنه يتطلب أيضاً تركيب مقص علوي (Upper Control Arm) طراز Delta Joint PRO من ICON.
تزيد الخزانات الخارجية (Remote Reservoirs) بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) أثناء الاستخدام الشاق، وهما ما قد يؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد (Damper Fade). تأتي ترقية صمام CDE من ICON مرفقة لمن يرغب في طريقة سهلة لضبط القيادة إلكترونياً من داخل المركبة.
صمام تخميد الانضغاط الإلكتروني (CDEV) هو صمام يُتحكم به إلكترونياً ينظم تدفق الزيت للتحكم في مقدار قوة التخميد التي يولدها المساعد عند الانضغاط. يستطيع هذا الصمام متغير الضبط بلا حدود الاستجابة في أقل من 40ms، ولديه القدرة على إجراء تعديلات دقيقة للغاية تناسب مختلف التضاريس.
كما صُممت الدوائر الهيدروليكية في CDEV خصيصاً لكل تطبيق لتحقيق أعلى دقة وأوسع نطاق ديناميكي ممكن لكل مركبة على حدة. ويعمل النظام بتقنية ICON Intelligent Control وتطبيق ICON الحصري للجوال، إذ يستخدم بيانات حساس قوة الجاذبية (G-force) والجيروسكوب المدمجين لإجراء حسابات مبنية على خوارزميات وإعدادات يحددها المستخدم للتنبؤ بطبيعة التضاريس وتعديل إعدادات المساعد عبر CDEV وفقاً لذلك.

21-26 F150 2WD 0-3" 2.5 VS RR CDEV EXTENDED TRAVEL COILOVER KIT
ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series extended travel remote reservoir front coilover shocks are an incredible upgrade for the front end of the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 2WD truck. These adjustable coilovers allow up 0-3” of lift height adjustability, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving, their large 2.5” shock body with increased piston surface area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance, both on- and off-road.
Their extended travel length allows for more wheel travel but also requires the installation of the ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arm. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
The ICON CDE Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride electronically from inside the vehicle. Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed.
This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle.
Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.
When paired with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV rear shock absorbers, vehicle control will be balanced front to rear, resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Ford F-150 2WD.
OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: Not compatible with all available OE wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended.
